Refund & Returns Policy – Cycleways

At Cycleways, we care about your ride and your experience with us. If something is not right, we will do our best to fix it.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.

To start a return, please contact us with your order number and a short explanation of the issue.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We will organise a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you.

Refunds

Once your refund is approved, it will be sent back to your original payment method.

Please note:

  • Original shipping costs are not refundable
  • Refunds can take 5 to 10 business days to appear depending on your bank

Order Issues or Non-Delivery

If your order has not arrived within the expected time, contact us and we will look into it. If needed, we will offer a replacement or refund.

Change of Mind

We understand that plans change. For change of mind returns:

  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer
  • The item must be unused and in original condition

We recommend contacting us first, as we can often offer a partial refund or another solution without needing a return.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After this time, your order may already be processed and cannot be cancelled.
